To get started with your Employee Assistance Program (EAP) benefits, we just need a few brief details from you. Once we receive your information, our team will follow up with next steps.

  • All EAP sessions are conducted virtually

  • We currently serve clients in Washington, DC and Maryland

Once we get these details a member of our client care team will reach out to you and send you the consent forms.

Using Your EAP Benefits

To use your Employee Assistance Program (EAP) benefits with The Bee Network, an authorization number is required.

If you do not have your authorization number yet, please contact your Human Resources department, your benefits provider, or call the EAP contact number listed in your benefits handbook.

Please note that EAP services must be initiated by the client. Once you have your authorization number, you can move forward with scheduling services. Once you have your authorization number please fill out the form below.
