Dr. Briana DeNeal-Findley is a highly skilled and experienced mental health therapist and Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, D.C. She earned her Master of Social Work from Salisbury University and her Doctorate of Public Administration from West Chester University.
Dr. DeNeal-Findley specializes in interpersonal relationships, grief, trauma, and professional growth, with a particular focus on entrepreneurs, business owners, and fellow therapists. She helps clients move past blocks or “stuck points” that are limiting them from expanding their businesses, reaching their goals, or fully expressing their potential. Brainspotting is a focused, brain-based therapeutic approach that helps identify and process the root of emotional and physical distress by accessing the brain’s natural healing pathways. It is a short-term intervention—most clients notice meaningful results within 1–3 sessions, though individual needs vary; Dr. Briana typically sees clients 1–5 times for Brainspotting in 50-minute sessions, which may be paid out of pocket or billed to insurance, while intensive sessions (2 or 4 hours) are self-pay only.

Clinical supervision is a structured, collaborative process where an experienced clinician provides guidance, feedback, and oversight to support the professional growth, clinical skills, and ethical practice of another therapist or counselor.
