Growing up is hard. Whether your child is navigating anxiety, grief, peer relationships, school stress or life transitions, our therapists provide a safe and compassionate space for young clients to express themselves and build emotional resilience. We recognize that family is central to a child's healing, so parents are an active part of the treatment process. For children 12 and younger, regular parental check-ins are built into the work.

For Engaged Couples: Premarital Counseling
Marriage is more than a celebration — it's a lifelong partnership that requires intention. Premarital counseling helps you build a strong foundation before the challenges arise. Together we'll explore how your individual histories shape the way you love, tackle the conversations that prevent future resentment and develop strategies for navigating real-life stressors like finances, family expectations and blended family dynamics.
Includes Prepare/Enrich Assessment — $35 one-time fee
For Married Couples: Marriage Counseling
If your relationship feels more like survival than partnership, counseling can help you break unhealthy cycles and find your way back to each other. We'll work through communication breakdowns, heal from past wounds and betrayals, align on parenting and family expectations and rediscover the intimacy and connection that brought you together.
For Parents: Parenting Support
Parenting is one of the most important and most challenging roles you'll ever hold. Whether you're co-parenting after a separation, navigating a blended family, supporting a child through a mental health challenge or simply trying to show up better for your kids, our therapists will help you develop the tools and strategies to parent with confidence and intention.
Parenting support may be right for you if you're dealing with:

There is something powerful about healing in community. Group therapy at The Bee Network brings together small groups of 6–8 individuals under the guidance of a trained therapist to share experiences, build connection and support one another's growth. It's a space where you realize you are not alone in your struggles — and where that realization becomes part of the healing.
Group availability varies. Contact us to learn about current offerings.Item description

You've done the work. You've talked it through. But some pain lives deeper than words can reach — held in the body, wired into the nervous system. Brainspotting is a neuroscience-based therapy that helps you access and release unprocessed trauma, stress and emotional blocks without having to relive the experience over and over again.
Using specific eye positions connected to where trauma is stored in the brain, Brainspotting activates your body's natural healing processes. It's not about rehashing the past — it's about finally freeing yourself from it.
Brainspotting can be especially helpful for:
Unresolved trauma and PTSD
Anxiety and stress
Grief and loss
Performance blocks
Emotional dysregulation
Brainspotting works as a standalone service and as a powerful complement to ongoing talk therapy. As a standalone, it offers a direct path to processing what's been stuck — without the need for a traditional therapeutic relationship. For clients already working with a therapist, Brainspotting often accelerates the work. Because it accesses trauma at the brain-body level, clients frequently return to their talk therapy sessions with greater clarity, deeper self-awareness and an expanded capacity to engage in the therapeutic process. Either way, healing moves forward.
