Rachael Kelly
Rachael serves as the Director of Community Partnerships at The Bee Network, where she leads outreach and relationship-building efforts to expand access to mental health resources within underserved and historically marginalized communities.
Rachael earned her undergraduate degree in Social and Behavioral Sciences from Seton Hall University and holds a master’s degree in Journalism from Boston University. Her professional path is deeply shaped by her global upbringing—having grown up in Johannesburg, South Africa—where her love for people and community care was formed through firsthand experiences supporting vulnerable populations in a developing country.
A pivotal personal loss, the death of a close family member, profoundly influenced Rachael’s commitment to grief support and mental health advocacy. This experience ignited a lifelong passion for walking alongside individuals and families as they navigate healing, loss, and resilience.
At The Bee Network, Rachael brings together her background in behavioral science, storytelling, and community engagement to strengthen partnerships, elevate awareness, and ensure that communities of color are connected to culturally responsive mental health resources. She is driven by the belief that healing thrives when access, compassion, and community come together.
